Bayard Dominick, founding Board Member, is a long-time development manager with extensive experience in financial analysis and deal structure.  Bayard graduated from Yale College and received his MBA from Stanford University.  He is a descendant of Edward Hoyt.

James K. Dominick, founding Board Member, has worked in the energy industry for 30 years.  James has a graduate degree from the Colorado School of Mines.  He is a descendant of Edward Hoyt and a veteran of the Armed Forces.

Michael P. Dominick, founding Board Member, practiced law in the State of Colorado from 1972 until his retirement in 2022. He has substantial experience in business law, startup legal operations and management issues.  He is a graduate of Yale University and the University of Colorado Law School. Between the two, Michael spent two years in the Peace Corps in Bolivia, and two years in the Army, receiving a Purple Heart in the Vietnam War. His father, Peter Hoyt Dominick, was a Colorado senator, and a descendant of Edward Hoyt.  

 Christopher N. Berl, Board Member, is the founder and President of Berl’s Commercial Supply, a distributor of commercial fixtures such as hand dryers and Elkay drinking fountains. Chris previously worked in mergers and acquisitions and marketing at Raytheon Technologies.  He received his MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia and his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.  Chris’s wife is a descendant of Edward Hoyt.
